MAFIABOSS – THE CODE OF CONDUCT (RETURNS)
Listen up. At MAFIABOSS, we move with precision. We supply the world with premium gear, and we expect you to know what you’re doing when you checkout. We don’t do "back-and-forth," and we don't do "take-backs." By dropping your bag at www.mafiaboss.com, you’re officially agreeing to the Code.
QUICK SUMMARY: THE RETURN RULES
Before you drop your bag, know the deal:

7-Day Window: All claims for faults must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customer Pays Shipping: You are responsible for all return postage to our Perth HQ.

Restocking Fee: A 20% fee applies to all authorized returns or undeliverable packages.

Final Sale: No returns or exchanges on sale items or "change of mind."
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO CHANGE OF HEART)
In this game, we make moves and we don't look back. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or decide this lifestyle vibe wasn't for you.

The Fit: Check the size guides. If you choose the wrong size, that is your responsibility. We do not refund or exchange for incorrect sizing. All the measurements are there, do your thang! That being said—ask us! Because your happiness does matter to us. The worst we can say is "no," and if you catch us on a good day, we might say "yeah, you can exchange at your own expense." You understand this might not always be possible (e.g., out of stock), in which case the answer will always be no.

No Remorse: Once the order is placed, it’s locked. We don't do "take-backs" once the transaction is signed, sealed, and delivered.
2. THE EYE IN THE SKY (QUALITY ASSURANCE)
Every single item is put through a Forensic Digital Inspection before it leaves the headquarters.

The Receipts: We log high-resolution photos and video of your specific order being packed and sealed. We know exactly what it looked like when it left us.

Verification: If a claim is made for a "defective" item, we cross-reference it against our internal dispatch logs. Any attempt to intentionally damage gear to bypass our "No Change of Mind" policy will be identified, the claim will be denied, and the account will be blacklisted.
3. "DAMAGED" CLAIMS (THE HARD TRUTH)
If you’re claiming a genuine manufacturing fault, you’ve got 7 days from the moment of delivery to speak up. After that, the case is buried.

The Burden of Proof: You must email mafiabossbrand@gmail.com with clear, high-resolution video and photo evidence.

The Return Process: If we authorize a return for inspection, the customer pays the postage. We do not provide return labels, and we do not "just send another one." Think of it like this: if you were coming to a physical shop, you’d be paying for the fuel and spending your own time to get there. The digital world is no different—getting the goods back to the crib in Perth is on you.

The Inspection: Once we receive the item back (at your expense), we compare it against our dispatch logs. If we find the item was tampered with after delivery, we’re sending it back to you—and you’ll be covering the shipping for that, too.
4. THE CLEANUP (AUTHORIZED RETURNS ONLY)
If—and only if—we agree to a return:

Pristine Only: The item must be unworn, unwashed, tags on, no smells, and no stains. If it looks like it’s been out to the club, the answer is "No."

Restocking Fee: An authorized return for exchange or store credit (at our discretion) is subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the labor of forensic re-inspection and processing.

Sale Items: If you bought it on sale or with a gift card, it’s yours forever. No returns.

No Refunds on Shipping: We don’t refund original shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes. That’s between you and your government.
5. THE SETTLEMENT
Refunds are only issued if the item has a "Major Failure" (as defined by Australian Law) that our QA logs cannot disprove. If approved, it’ll hit your account in 10 business days. Don’t blow up the inbox; the banks move when they move.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (PRO-TIP)
MAFIABOSS ships worldwide, but we don't play politics. Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country are 100% your responsibility. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us or abandoned, we will not issue a refund. Refusing to pay customs is a "Change of Mind," and as stated in Section 1, all sales are final. If the courier charges MAFIABOSS to return your abandoned package to our warehouse, those costs are on you. Know your local laws before you order, or don't order at all.
