Welcome to the family. By accessing or using www.mafiaboss.com (the "Site"), you are entering into a binding agreement with MAFIABOSS ("we," "us," or "our"). If you don't agree with the rules of the game, you are not authorized to use this Site.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order or browsing this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Code.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (THE BRAND)

Everything you see here—the designs, the logos, the photography, the "MAFIABOSS" name, and the text—is the exclusive property of MAFIABOSS.

• No Snitching/No Stealing: You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs for commercial use without express written consent.

• Usage: You may share our gear on social media (we respect the tag), but trying to profit off our intellectual property will result in immediate legal action.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

We move with precision, but we are human.

• Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or typographical error, MAFIABOSS reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

• Colors: We display our gear as accurately as possible, but we can't control how your screen shows colors. What you see is a representation of the vibe, not a 100% guarantee of the exact shade.

4. THE TRANSACTION

• Payment: We accept major credit cards and third-party payment processors. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If we suspect a "fraudulent hustle" or a "chargeback scammer," we will cancel the order and blacklist the account.

5. SHIPPING & GLOBAL MOVES

• Delivery: We ship worldwide. Once the package leaves our crib and is handed to the courier, the risk of loss and title for the gear passes to you.

• Customs: As stated in our Return Policy, all import duties, taxes, and local fees are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay your government's tax man, we do not refund the order.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MAFIABOSS provides this Site on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of our products.

• We do not guarantee that the Site will be "error-free" or "uninterrupted." Sometimes the system needs a minute.

7. USER CONDUCT

Don't be a liability. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or "stress test" our digital infrastructure.

• Post "trash" or "spam" in any community sections or reviews.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

If you break the rules and cause us a headache (legal or otherwise), you agree to indemnify and hold MAFIABOSS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

MAFIABOSS is an Australian entity. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
