MAFIABOSS – SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

At MAFIABOSS, we move gear across borders to reach the family wherever they are. We operate a high-level global network of warehouses and logistics partners to ensure your order hits your doorstep as fast as possible. We keep it 100 with you, so we expect you to respect the Code. By placing an order at www.mafiaboss.com, you agree to the following logistics.

1. GLOBAL DISPATCH & COURIER NETWORK

We don't just use one guy with a truck. We ship from multiple strategic locations worldwide—including Australia, the USA, and Asia—using a variety of premium couriers and international shipping partners.

  • The Fleet: Depending on your location, your gear may move via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Australia Post, or other local professional carriers. We choose the courier that gets the job done right for your specific region.

  • Dispatch Logic: Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse that holds your specific gear and offers the most efficient route to your crib.

  • Tracking: Once the gear is in transit, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. From that point, the movement of the package is a matter between you and the assigned courier.

2. PROCESSING TIMES (STOCK VS. MADE-TO-ORDER)

Not every piece of gear is sitting on a shelf. We run a hybrid model to keep the collection fresh, exclusive, and high-standard.

  • Standard Stock: Items currently in stock typically ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand (POD): Some of our exclusive drops are "Made-to-Order" to ensure the highest quality and reduced waste. For these specific items, please allow a processing window of up to 30 days or more before dispatch. If you’re a "need it yesterday" type of person, check the product description for lead times before you buy.

  • Combined Orders: If your haul includes both stocked and made-to-order items, we may hold the shipment until the full order is ready, or send them in split shipments (see Section 3).

3. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Because we move from warehouses across the globe and use different production hubs, your haul might arrive in separate packages. If you receive one item but not the other, don't sweat it—the rest of your gear is likely on a different flight or still being crafted at a different hub. Check your email for multiple tracking numbers.

4. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

  • Flat Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the haul.

  • Delivery Windows: While we aim for speed, international shipping involves many moving parts. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs strikes, flight grounded issues, or "acts of God." Once it leaves the crib, the timeline is in the hands of the logistics network.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

We ship worldwide, but we don't play politics with your local government.

  • Your Responsibility: Any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes are 100% your responsibility. These are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

  • Refusal to Pay: If you refuse a package to avoid paying customs, the courier will likely abandon the package or charge us for the return. In this case, no refund will be issued. If the package is somehow returned to us, any fees charged to MAFIABOSS by the courier will be deducted from any store credit issued (if applicable).

6. RESTOCKING FEES

In the rare event that a return is authorized or a package is returned to us due to customer error (such as refused customs or an incorrect address), a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Why? This covers the cost of our team manually inspecting the gear against our dispatch logs, processing the return, and restocking the item.

  • Note: This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any store credit or settlement provided.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

MAFIABOSS is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

  • Stolen Gear: If the tracker says it’s at your door but it’s not there, you need to take that up with the courier and your local authorities. We do not refund or replace stolen mail.

  • Damage in Transit: If the courier mangles your box, you must document the damage with photos of the packaging before opening it and contact us within 48 hours.

8. THE RETURN DESTINATION (MANDATORY)

While we use a variety of warehouses and production hubs worldwide to get the gear to you, all authorized returns must be sent back to our Headquarters in Australia. Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, all returns must be shipped to:

9. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS

As stated in our Code of Conduct (Return Policy):

  • No Free Rides: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning an item for inspection.

  • The Logic: Think of it like this: if you were driving to a physical shop, you’d be paying for the fuel and spending your own time to get there. The digital world is no different—getting the goods back to the crib in Perth is on you.

  • Tracking Required: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. If your return gets lost in the global mail system and never hits our Perth desk, the case is buried.

10. WRONG ADDRESS & BUILDING ACCESS

Double-check your digits. We are not responsible for customer errors at checkout.

  • Address Accuracy: If you provide an incorrect address or fail to include a specific apartment/suite number, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  • Secure Access: You must choose a delivery location that is accessible to couriers. If a courier or postal worker cannot access your building (due to security gates, locked foyers, or restricted access) and the package is returned to us, this is considered an undeliverable address.

  • Collection: If the courier leaves a card for you to pick up the package, it is your responsibility to collect it within their timeframe. If it gets sent back to Perth because you didn't go get it, the re-shipping and restocking fees apply.
